Summits Summer Investiture 2026

The Principality of the Summits and the Shire of Briaroak invite you to join Their Alpine Highnesses as we witness the investiture of Their Alpine Heirs. Tournaments, Archery, and all-around good fun shall be had in a beautiful wooded setting in Douglas County, just a short jaunt from the I-5 corridor.

Site opens at noon on Friday, Jun 19, 2026 and closes at 2:00 pm, June 21, 2026.

Event Fees
Adults: SCA Member $30 Nonmember $40
Minors (17 years and under) $0
Adirondack $10 additional charge

Only Cash and Checks will be accepted at gate. Electronic payments will not be available on site.

There are no pet fees. Dogs, cats, and non-livestock birds only. All dogs and cats must show proof at gate that their rabies vaccinations is current (a rabies tag, paperwork with the date of inoculation with statement of how long it lasts, etc.)

There are no separate merchant fees.

Camping Information

If you are camping with a group or household please select 'Group Camping'. Group land allotment will be tied to attendee pre-registration numbers. Pre-registration received before close of day May 31, 2026, will be allocated land.
The first person to register with a camp name is the default 'Camp Master'. All other camp members can then select their desired camp name fromt the drop down during registration.
If you are Open Camping, please select 'Open Camping' during registration.
If you need Assessibility Tent Camping, after you have selected Open or Group camping please note this in the Additional Comments section of your registration.

Land allotment per person
Adult pre-registration 300 sq. ft. each
Youth pre-registration 200 sq. ft. each

If you need any accommodations or requests, please include them in the Additional Comments section of your registration.

Adirondacks

We have 12 (twelve) Adirondacks bunk shelters, each shelter has 4 (four) twin wooden bunks and a heavy canvas door flap. Bed rolls and bedding are needed for these spaces. There are vault toilets nearby, a water spigot, and grey water disposal. These are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. When reserving an Adirondack, please provide the Adirondack name and number in the Additional Notes section of your registration.
**NOTE: Adirondacks are at least 120 yards (a football field) away from the main event area.

Merchant Camping

To ensure we allocate the a merchant spots correctly, please email Wizzo & Zoiete of Ravenspoole at rwsbooks@gmail.com with the following information:
-Merchant name
-Your name & SCA name if applicable
-Your contact information: phone number & address
-What you will be selling

-Space requirements with ropes

Additional Info:
-No seperate merchant fee is required.
-Camping behind booths or merchant tents is allowed if the total depth (merchant tent & camping tent) fits within 40 feet.
-There is no power.
-There is cell service for most carriers.
-There is potable water. However, we suggest bringing additional water.
-No vehicles will be permitted in the merchant spaces. They must be parked in the event parking lot.

-Merchants will be assigned space on a first-come, first-served basis with regard to how we can best fit your space requirements into the allotted merchant area.

RV Reservation Information

If you want RV space, please select RV Camping and in the comments section provide the dimensions of your RV/Trailer & the towing vehicle.

The number of RV spaces are limited, and will be allocted on a first-come basis.
